The word “Trauma” is literally the Greek meaning for the word “Wound”. In the current day, this represents an emotional, rather than physical injury. A traumatic response can be to a deeply distressing event in one’s life that can lead to an inability to cope, reduced self of self, emotional and physical pain. The response is very individual, as in, it changes from person to person. About 70% of all of us have gone through at least one major traumatic event in our lives. I’ve created these 95 pages in order to help us cope with events that we feel like we have no control over, though we can control our response to it!
