These past few years have been bringing a lot of stress and hence burnout, to many of us. As parents, as employees, as friends, as just human beings, we have had a lot put on our plates, leading to anxiety, stress and then feeling burnt out.
We have created this overcoming burnout workbook to help you deal with stress and anxiety using self care methods. The workbook helps you to break down how you are currently feeling and then it helps you to create a list of things you can do to help counteract these feelings. The Overcoming Burnout Workbook contains a series of exercises that will guide you through the process of getting back on your feet. The exercises and methods are backed by scientific research and are proven to work.
This book is designed to help you deal with burnout. It is not for treating depression, which is a common result of burnout. If you have any serious concerns about your mental health, please consult a medical professional. If you are ready to overcome burnout, all you have to do is do the work in the Overcoming Burnout Workbook.
